❓ How does jersey customization work?

Each jersey is fully customizable through our intuitive interface. You can choose the style, logos, colors, and add flocking if you wish. The live preview lets you see the final result before ordering.

❓ What are the manufacturing and delivery times?

The manufacturing time is 1 to 2 business days . Delivery then depends on the chosen carrier:

  • Mondial Relay : 3 to 5 business days

  • Colissimo : 2 to 4 business days

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

❓ Do you deliver outside of France?

Yes, we deliver to France and Europe via Mondial Relay and Colissimo.

❓ Can I return a product?

Since all our products are fully customized , we do not accept returns .
However, if the error is on our part (incorrect logo, wrong size sent, etc.), we will provide an immediate replacement or refund.

❓ What size should I choose?

A size guide is available on each product page. If you're between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one. You can also contact us if you're unsure.

❓ Can I modify my order after payment?

As the products are made to order, any modifications must be notified to contact@luzemstore.com within one hour of placing the order . After this time, production may begin.

❓ How do I contact customer service?

You can contact us at any time at contact@luzemstore.com .
We respond within a maximum of 4 hours .
