Personalized Products – No Returns
All products sold on LUZEM STORE are made to order
and personalized according to the customer's
specifications (design, logo, printing, etc.).
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the
French Consumer Code, personalized products
cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Exception: Our Error
If you receive an item that does not match your order,
you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt at:
contact@luzemstore.com. We will then arrange for a
replacement or an immediate refund.
No returns will be accepted without prior written
authorization.
